Wcc4 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bengali for the convenience of our users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

- Wcc4 reserves the right to refuse service to any user without providing a reason.

- Wcc4 is not liable for service unavailability, technical errors, or issues caused by third parties.
2Account Registration & Verification
To register an account with wcc4, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false or misleading details may be suspended at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to register on wcc4. Opening an account using a minor's identity is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request government-issued ID for age verification at any time.
Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account on wcc4. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, email, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. This decision is final and non-appealable.
- Provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number during registration.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account to wcc4 support immediately.

3Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
Wcc4 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Separate rules apply for deposits and withdrawals, as detailed below.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
- Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000 (terms apply).
- Deposits are only accepted via approved methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits are usually instant, though processing delays may occasionally extend this to up to 15 minutes.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
- Processing time: typically 1–24 hours.
- Wcc4 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
Before making a withdrawal, ensure there are no pending wagering requirements on any active bonuses in your account. Incomplete wagering conditions may result in the withdrawal being declined.
4Bonus & Promotion Terms
Wcc4's various bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 30x.
- The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
- Certain games may have wagering restrictions when playing with bonus funds.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
- Wcc4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time — additional bonuses cannot be claimed while one is already in use.
If wcc4 determines that a member has exploited bonuses through dishonest methods — such as betting pattern manipulation or arbitrage betting — all bonuses may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
5Gaming & Betting Rules
All games on the wcc4 platform operate using third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not controlled by any party.
Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical error, wcc4 reserves the right to void it.
- For Sports Betting, results will only be settled after the official outcome has been announced.
- Wcc4 is not liable for disconnections that occur during live betting.
- In cases where the rules of any game are unclear, wcc4's decision shall be final.
Responsible Gaming

6Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on wcc4. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
- Attempting to win bets through fraudulent or deceptive means.
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
- Using wcc4 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on wcc4's systems.
- Operating multiple accounts in a coordinated manner to abuse bonuses.
- Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
wcc4 uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. If fraud is confirmed, the full account balance will be forfeited and the relevant authorities will be notified.
7Account Closure & Suspension Policy
Wcc4 may suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances.
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be marked as dormant.
- Members may request account closure at any time.
To close your account, email our support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals beforehand, though any active bonuses will be cancelled.
8Limitation of Liability
Wcc4 is not responsible for the following:
- Games or bets left incomplete due to internet connectivity issues.
- Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
- Service unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.
- Force Majeure — circumstances arising from natural disasters, war, or government directives.
wcc4's total liability in any case is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time.
